Tonight as she was getting out of the shower she started to giggle and said, "That shower took so long that I made the mirror all soggy."

When she said that I started to think that I should write that down somewhere and then I suddenly remembered... I have a blog!!

It's no wonder...

...I have been napping three times a day.
...I crave jamba juice and macaroni salad.
...I've been neglecting my household duties
...I've changed toothpaste brands three time to avoid gaging
...my clothes don't fit quite right.
...the neighbors wondered if I disappeared for good.
...Ben and Kendall have developed an unhealthy relationship with the television.
...I went to the grocery store for bread and milk and forgot THE MILK.
...I've been walking around with a secret smile on my face.
I have been busy creating new life! Tyler and I couldn't be more delighted about it. We feel incredibly blessed to be welcoming a new child in September.

Retired

My favorite pants had to be retired today.

No matter how long I lay on my back I could not get the button done up. I am afraid that if I had been able to button them when I stood up there may have been some real damage.

For now they will sit in the extra dresser downstairs where I will not have to look at them but I can still smile about it because of why they no longer reach around my belly!

Birthday cake

The Birthday kids

Everyone helping open Ben's gift.

They each wanted a different cake and now that they are getting older it is harder to combine their likes.

We had a small party today for Ben and Adalee in our 'party room' with all the grandparents. Opening gifts and partaking of cake was the only thing on the agenda. We did this so family could visit and we would get gifts out of the way before the 'friend party' next sat at the bounce house.

And if I am right the baby is the size of a lentil bean.

I saw this cute idea of a girl that took pictures of her disappearing feet. This first one is not very exciting but it might be fun to refer back to when they are no longer in view.
