This morning as I was doing my makeup Ben was watching. When I started to curl my eyelashes he wanted to know what I was doing.

Me: Curling my eyelashes

Ben: Why? so you can see??

Yes Ben so I can see!!! If he thinks that is weird wait until he sees my eyebrows waxed.

after putting up with teasing and pushing all morning Kendall had finally had it. She told me
"I want Ben to go to school today!"
poor girl Ben only goes to school twice a week I think she wishes it were everyday.

tonight for family prayer I was whispering to Ben helping him with what to say.
Me: Please bless that we will sleep well.
Ben: Please bless the wall.

I could hardly hold it together for the rest of the prayer.

Ben and Kendall were invited to a "Fancy Nancy" Birthday party this weekend. Kendall loves her invitation with all the fancy stickers on it. She takes it with her all over the house pretending to read it. Today she told me

Kendall: I cannot wait to go to my Fancy Nancy party
mom: Good! It will be fun. Are you excited to dress up like Fancy Nancy?Kendall: Oh no! I cannot go the the party mama! I don't have any Fancy Nancy shoes!

and let me tell you she was serious!!!

Kendall was helping me with something this morning and when she was done she said
"I am a Big Boy"
So I then said
"you mean a Big Girl?"
and she said
"that is what I said, I am super Kendall!"
Now how do you argue with that?

Banana

Orange
Orange who?
Orange you glad I didn't say banana again?

sometimes he forgets to say orange and he could go all day with the banana part.

His new thing is asking
"what is so funny?" when you are laughing at his joke.
then he says "say, your knock knock joke!"

today Ben was looking at the new car my parents just bought. He climbed into the front seat put on his seat belt and said "come on Grandpa hop in we are going to Disneyland"
